Alma Murray was invited into our school to present her with half of the money raised from our bake sale. Abbie and Nicole presented the money to her and said a few words on behalf of the school. We were delighted to donate to such a worthy cause. Well done to all involved!

Our fifth and sixth class organised a bake sale in the school recently. Many thanks to all of the pupils and parents who supported. We were delighted to raise such a large amount of money. Sixth class decided to donate half of the money raised to Ben's lifeline and the remaining money to school funds.

Pupils from 3rd to 6th were invited by local politicians to visit the Dáil recently. It was a very informative visit but unfortunately there was no sitting in either the Seanad or the Dáil. Nevertheless an enjoyable day was had by all.

Last Wednesday, Grandparents travelled from near and far to celebrate Grandparents day in our school. We prepared for the big day over the past few weeks by learning songs, making art and learning poems.
Grandparents visited the boys and girls in their classrooms.
We were delighted to welcome such special people into our school. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
